Ms. Bhatnagar is a CSR practitioner with decades of diverse sectoral experience. She has served in various senior positions, including CSR Advisor at Castrol India, Head of Partnerships at the UN Food Program (India), Head of CSR at British Petroleum Director of CSR and Sustainable Agriculture at Monsanto India, Head of CSR at Cairn India, and Corporate Responsibility Head at British Gas. She was a member of the expert group for the Indo-GIZ Voluntary Principles initiative by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Currently, she serves as President, Board at Partners in Change, a consultant to develop CSR portfolios for several companies, and a Senior Advisor at Transform Rural India.
