S M Sehgal Foundation invites applications for the Manager, Partnerships and Fundraising position on an annually renewable fixed-term contract.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana and Bengaluru, Karnataka
Reporting: Sr. Manager
Experience: Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant experience.
Position Requirement:
- Postgraduate in Management from a reputed institute
- Good written and communication skills in English, Hindi
- Project Management and implementation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge of computers – MS Office and Internet
Job Description
- Approach Corporate CSR Representatives, Business Chambers, Trusts and other bodies to raise funds
- Manage grant application processes and ensure that partner’s requirement and community needs are represented appropriately
- Nurture the existing partner base and build new relationships with potential partners and funders
- Undertake fundraising initiatives to build and promote the brand of S M Sehgal Foundation
- Design, develop and package innovative projects as per partner’s requirement
- Coordinate with Project Leaders to prepare progress reports in line with partners’ expectations and ensure that the same are submitted timely
- Liaise with the communications team to ensure that information about partner is represented accurately
- Coordinate with other teams to support smooth implementation of projects
