Such events create vital spaces and opportunities for marginalized or underrepresented voices to be amplified. Individuals from various communities are able to engage directly with government officials, raise concerns, share experiences, and advocate for their needs. These exchanges help to bridge gaps between communities and government departments, strengthening citizen participation and social equity.
